Anyone know the Portuguese teams involved?
I will be down t' Algarve when that first game is played and it would be great for me if we had a team from that country away the fortnight I was there.
Estoril have qualified who are based in the district of Lisbon. If needs be you could get an internal flight from Faro to Lisbon. (Or only 2 1/2 hours by car)Anyone know the Portuguese teams involved?

It was a fabulous night. No one Had a clue how the pennos worked at first! BM were an excellent side, we were ace, struggled in league but were really good that night. Ace save by stand in keeper Andy Rankin.
True although for ours I am not sure the refs really knew how to play it. It was an excellent night with a mad few minutes at the end. Let's move on before panathanikos memories kick in, sigh.I was at a match at Tottenham that night, and saw the penalties in a pub after the game.
I didn't know the result and was very nervous. I remember thinking that Andy Rankin had moved on the goal line before he saved that pen and was surprised when it didn't have to be retaken.
Not as surprised as when Dudek didn't have to face 2 or 3 retakes in Istanbul, though.

Right.
I need GOT's educated opinion.
Am I likely to be able to get 5/6 tickets for an away Europa game?
I know we don't know where etc, but barring in mind I'll have no 'credits' or whatever.
Not likely is it?
I agree entirely it was one of those melees any decision could happen, although if the ref had disallowed it god knows if they would have got to the airport there was so much frustration that night. I can still see Joe Royle winning header after header but no goal!!! And as for the foul early doors to put jimmy husband out of the game..... And don't get me started on Shankley's warm welcome to them!!!! And then the second leg grrrrrrr. Hard days to be a Blue when our dreams were cruelly snatched from us and a brilliant team began to decline. We should've wrapped that up at Goodison. It's a cliché, I know, but we played them off the park, didn't we?
I've said it a few times before on Everton forums, but I was right behind the Gwladys goal, and I thought Johnson's goal was iffy. Too physical, if you know what I mean, and could easily have been disallowed.
Even so, we could've scored six that night.
So, anyone done there research and know who else we could up against being unseeded in the groups!?
