Looking at that pen again after the replay, the ref did go to the screen, it was a foul, but it made no difference to the game, their player curled a shot high side and handsome. No way was any player getting near to that, so why give a pen ? Just book Tarkowski.

Keane helped him out coming across, Tarks out in the channels trying to cut out wide players is easily the weakest part of his game.

Forgot the miracle goalline clearance from Ndiaye, very lucky to be level in this one still. Luckily Newcastle can't get the final pass right when approaching the box but you feel it's coming.

Tarks has been off for a couple of games now, but you're right re the risk of him being drawn out wide which is all down to this absolutely baffling fixation of dyches of narrow full backs.

I was watching carefully for this to see the point today, still not sure what it is but if attack is down our right young is in line with centre of goal, and vice versa if left. Huge holes for runs to back post.

Big hole in the middle of our team. That gap between the defensive midfielders and the 3 in midfield is huge. Need to play a flat 5 in the middle and get 5 yards further up the pitch.
