Congratulations from germany. Really happy with the team performance! This night was a typical Everton performance, with heart and passion to glory. Hope we could keep it up for the league games.

I´m really happy and wear my EFC kit the whole day...

Greetings

PS: When is the draw?
Wilkommen. Germany's on my list of 'must see' countries. Dead envious of the Bundesleague too. Best league in the world for me.
Where are you from? Which team do you support?

The draw is on Sunday at 16.40 (CET)

Did any one see vellios at the final whistle? He took his bib off and threw it on the pitch then huffed off down the tunnel. Didn't look happy at all

2. I think I'm the only one on here that knows Neville is our biggest problem. Old, slow, and has a pitching wedge for a foot...on virtually every pass. When he gets into coaching...which I think he will...he can show videos of himself of what not to do. Was that cross to Cahill an exception? I'd call it a miracle.
we know nneville stinks, we are not blind (y)

better performance last night.

a few observations.
1. alot more movement off the ball last night and passing was alot a million times better.
2. apart from Howard there was a lot less hoofing, this really helped us get control of the game.
3. we played with a faster tempo. everton have always looked good when we play with a high tempo.
4. fellaini had his best game for a while and was MOTM for me.
5. Donavan is different class and we will really miss him when he leaves.
6. Strac!!! what happened? he scores a great header and all of a sudden he is winning everything, the ball is sticking and he looked like a really good centre forward.
7.Nevile was awfull, he was the worst player on the pitch. cahill also didn't offer much. (a lot more than neville though)
8. Drenthe was winding everyone up whilst warming up, he was even poking Jol in the back as he ran past!. i love this guy!!.
9. i sat behind the dug out last night and moyes never stops shouting at Drenthe. At one point Drenthe was standing in space on the wing (giving us width) we had the ball, Moyes was screaming at him to push in, you could see Drenthe looking at him in disbelief. they ended up having a little spat and cahill had to calm him down..
10. no way will moyes keep drenthe from what i witnessed. personally i would rather keep Drenthe.
11. gibbson looks overweight, but the signs look quite good when he gets fit.

Not surprised. Hes beating the style out of him. Hes an explosive flair player, Moyes doesn't like them.

Gueye looked the same imo. Scared to make a mistake

Rufus, did you just call Distin.. 'babe'??

And those Americans need to learn how to say Heitinga.

If we don't sign Drenthe then I don't know what the world is coming to. Moyes would deserve an on the spot sacking.

Anyway, didn't catch the game last night, how was Straq? Wonder if we'll try and sign him permanently.

I usually sit in the park end so i asked someone who sits behind the dug out all the time, is it a one off him constantly getting on drenthe's back. He said no its all the time.

At one point drenthe stopped listening to him so moyes screamed at baines to scream at drenthe. you could see drenthe's head drop and cahill had to go over to him a couple of times. I would put my house on him leaving. the problem i had was that drenthe was doing the right thing but moyes was telling him tho push infield and drop back into a more defensive role. he was also giving donavan a bit of stick in the first half.

Moyes needs to get a grip, bigtime. If we don't sign him I think 98% of us will be not only disappointed, but a little embarrassed that we've got a manager who will 'pass' on the one guy who seems able to create something and score from nothing.

But, but, but he a liability defensively

just watched the goals again from last night, Big Dunc would be proud of Felli's goal last night, superb headed finish. two games from Wembley good draw tomorrow and I will be dribbling in my pants at the thought of going to Wembleeee again, semi final last time was better than nailing Amanda Holden!

The chance that Ruiz had near the end was because drenthe lost him from a throw in. The mood would be different on here if he had buried it. Just saying.

Look, if you're not happy enough nailing Amanda Holden pass her on to me.
