That summer window was an absolute stormer. All 6 of the first team players are fantastic additions and if Gomes can be made permanent eventually it just gets even better. Hopefully Marcel can keep it up.

If the object of the exercise is to strengthen the quality of the squad each window then I'm not sure too many will see an obvious leap forward from last season to this.

He has been here 6 months got rid of some of the deadwood and no doubt has a plan for the rest of it. These things take time but why do you have to constantly whinge? The guy has done a smashing job since walking through the door and in my mind will continue to do so.

The football we are playing right now is better then it has been for a long time and the players we have bought in whether on loan or long term deals are an upgrade on what we had for those positions. Yes we need a striker granted you have got that one right but ridiculing what he has achieved already is a bit premature.

I think you purposely come out with this crap to see who will jump on board with it. To me it’s just attention seeking which to be honest is a bit sad

Williams won’t be back which is a good start. Martina seems to be doing well at stoke so they will probably want him. He got rid of klaassen and there will be many more on their way out.
