I find it funny more than insulting personally. However, to me, United knew this bid was going to be rejected and are clearly trying to turn heads in order for the player(s) to force a move. Funnily enough, i dont think either of them will.

I am not...I am truly insulted by the bid....I just think it is their cheap cvntish board doing this not Moyes...I think he has some respect for the club he managed for 11 years...or maybe you are right and he thinks that because Blue Bill and him are F@ck buddies he can get them on the cheap for an added reach around....

I don´t. I remember that interview he gave at the end of his last home game, when he was given a heroes welcome by the fans. He said he´d be grateful to Everton for allowing him to move on to bigger and better things.

It really incensed me this morning to read and hear this on talk sport. All of them agreed that bid was way too low for the quality of both players and the over flated market of today.
We can not lose Baines. Keep him at all costs.. Even after watching Satudays game, I liked Felli playing deeper. But out of the two.. I'd be happier to sell Felli at the right price and buy a quality all action midfielder!

LOL, the tea lady made the bid?

What I was trying to say is...how do you know moyes told them to make a late disrespectful bid on their two best players...I thought the norm was to list your transfer targets with some priority and then let the board sort it out....Obviously he said he wanted them FFS...but how to go about it I don't think he has that much say....

I'm nearly 100% certain that Moyes would have had a say in the prices.

Their board wouldn't not ask the former manager of those players for his opinions.

BK should just say they are not leaving at any price. Rooney, Suarez wanted to move and were told no.

If a side like Villa can turn Benteke round, we should do the same. I know we won't but in terms of Baines, we should just say F off to all bids and tell the player he's going nowhere

Rarely does a manager have a say in what the bid is worth, they tell their people targets they want and then they sort it out, not moyes
