We released the story
Just been doing quick look on newsnow found this which had annoyed me "It is believed that the £28m move, was made 48 hours before the Premier League kicked off and was designed to unsettle the pair, leaving ill feeling at Goodison Park towards United especially as they value Fellaini at higher than the £23.5m that was written into his contract and United had claimed the £12m move they made for Baines in July would be their final attempt to sign the left back"
The board wont get away with 30 million, they are not that pathetic as prices have gone up for almost every player so we have to do the same if we want decent replacements.28m shouldn't even be accepted for fellaini. If his release clause was 25m then I'd want at least 30m for him alone and at least 16/17m for baines
That's 47m for both
However I've supported everton too long to know that our board would probably accept something just on 30! And Moyes knows this and is exploiting it. He's not stupid he knows everton are potless and that bk sells every year.
Depends how you look at it. He's doing what is best for his current employer, which apparently means trying to shaft his previous one.
He shouldn't have to look out for what's best for us really. Just makes him an utter....erm... swear word.
I'm shocked at this moyes you tw*t.
The improved bid will be £28mill plus Anderson!
