Everton confirm rejecting 28M for both Fellaini and baines

Most other chairman/managers would come out and say what a derisory insulting bid that is. We should publicly say its an insult to the club, especially from a former manager.

Even the media are saying its derisory and they love Man U

28m shouldn't even be accepted for fellaini. If his release clause was 25m then I'd want at least 30m for him alone and at least 16/17m for baines

That's 47m for both

However I've supported everton too long to know that our board would probably accept something just on 30! And Moyes knows this and is exploiting it. He's not stupid he knows everton are potless and that bk sells every year.

We released the story

Just been doing quick look on newsnow found this which had annoyed me "It is believed that the £28m move, was made 48 hours before the Premier League kicked off and was designed to unsettle the pair, leaving ill feeling at Goodison Park towards United especially as they value Fellaini at higher than the £23.5m that was written into his contract and United had claimed the £12m move they made for Baines in July would be their final attempt to sign the left back"

Absolutely hilarious! We need to make a few bids for Rooney, RVP and Kagawa, throw in Hibbo to sweeten the deal!

This is all about trying to unsettle the players, piss taking low offer. Unsettle the player and then raise the offer a bit and we sell at way below the market value. Plus moyes knows the inside line on the financials of the club thinking bill will sell cause he has too. We idolised this [Poor language removed] for 11 years and he comes back and trys to **** us up. **** you moyes.

The board wont get away with 30 million, they are not that pathetic as prices have gone up for almost every player so we have to do the same if we want decent replacements.

Kenwright must thank the Lord every night that we constantly have players he can shift on for a massive profit.

Imagine he had to be a **** chairman AND had no players to sell to give 50% of the money to the manager to buy worse replacements.

30m and they are both gone as far as I am concerned.

Do we have players lined up when we get the money? We need a striker, a left back, two central midfielders. Martinez has had all summer to find replacements / additions to the squad. Interest in the two players has been known for months.

Or will he "go with what he's got" ?

If they both go we are completely and utterly ruined for this season.

Without both we're no better than the likes of West Ham, Soutnampton, etc. If we sell and don't get in at least three improvements to the starting XI we're looking at a 10-15th place finish imo, and that's only if we're lucky with injuries. Imagine they go and then Barkley/Mirallas gets injured. it doesn't even bear thinking about.

**** Utd and **** Moyes

I hope we tell the cheeky bunch of weapons to do one, I would be love the club to tell Utd they will no longer deal with them regarding transfers

Grow a set of bollocks Everton

Depends how you look at it. He's doing what is best for his current employer, which apparently means trying to shaft his previous one.

He shouldn't have to look out for what's best for us really. Just makes him an utter....erm... swear word.

Yeah you are right once again Ijjy....I just like to think there is a bit of decency left in the football world.....as some one said before, most money rich clubs handle their transfers with class and duly compensate....I do not see why Man Utd being the second richest have to be any different....
