Hahahha - I did, it was like something from a bad Danny Dyer film !
The state of those City fans though.

Did you see that fellar try and jump in when a couple of them where on the floor and was just randomly kicking the air? Legged it as soon as that tall lad turned and looked at him.

Romper Stomper it certainly was not.

It was pure comedy. Don't whether it's my age or the fact that I have seen and been in the middle of much worse, that I didn't feel the tiniest bit worried that it would turn really nasty. It was actually embarrassing more than anything else .

Fairly common not to overly segregate fans outside the ground these days so M'side police are pretty much following standard practice.

The only place I can think of that I've been to recently that's still keen on keeping fans miles apart is West Brom.

There's very rarely any trouble.
Ya suppose in fairness the cops have it fairely locked down these days and its rare you would see or hear of any major flashpoints outside stadiums anymore.

Saw the so called 'Mass brawl' which never happened, although the city fans were behaving disgustingly, one horrible manc was mouthing off at an old man and a woman who had a kid with her. These people really are horrific.

The fact they were literally spitting and trying to start on people walking past holding hands with their 8 year old kids removed the funny aspect of it for me.

We go away to Manchester City, keep a clean sheet against a team who have a superb goal scoring record and yet some of our so called fans still have it in for Martinez even after that result.

We have conceded 9 goals away from home, but conceded more than double that at Goodison. Our fans suck the positivity from the players with their abuse and poor support.

I was just pleased to get a grammar correction in before @tommye spotted it.

Or maybe we play a little more positive Goodison, rather then play not to lose and see how the crowed reacts? Not defending the embarresing atmosphere at Goodison for the last few years but lets not pretend that expectations at big matchs away and VERY winnable matchs at home are the same thing.
