It's a funny game. Beat Arsenal away next week with a Ricky brace and it's 'Silvas broke the spell, ak47 to a knife fight' -etc.

Agreed. Osman on MOTD2 last night spoke about waiting for Jagielka to get back into the team. Give me strength. It's not luck, it's mentality. A loser mentality that has been cultivated for years now.
We get the worst because we fear the worst. In many instances we are beaten before we even step onto the pitch.
Silva will hopefully fix that.
We will win in North London next week.
Just like the West Ham match was wrong for us in a lot of ways, which big picture was always going to be a tricky one for us (our walking wounded injury list, no Richy, West Ham desperate for points), I think next week's game is timed right for us. Mina may be ready. Another week for Bernard. Richy is back. Silva will actually play football. We'll be hungry to atone for our mistakes which cost us vs West Ham. Arsenal are not clicking fully. We've looked better away this season, etc, etc. That's my gut feeling.
Richarlison, Bernard and Walcott, get them on the break.
As soon as Yates secured La Vuelta,Hamilton did an unbelievable qualifying time to get pole I just knew they'd ruin my sporting weekend. If I was a betting man WHU to win and Yarmelenko to score would have been a nap.I can get over losing, it's the predictable rubbish that infuriates me, i.e. West Ham have no points and Yarmelenko has been poor, Everton to the rescue. How are we so predictable? No other team has that sort of luck

I just feel we will at least take a point here, and maybe nick all three points
Feel pretty low after that, was angry after Huddersfield, just empty feeling now, at least I have an a 5.30am start tomorrow

You’re very funny. We will win in North London next week.
As a fan base, it feels like we're so fatigued. We've had numerous false dawns and 'just a couple of players away' moments for so long, plus a battering most years off our nearest rivals. Couple this with the ever increasing gap between the 'top 6' and the direction of the modern game and it's pretty understandable.
Somebody else mentioned not buzzing off going to the game anymore and that resonates a bit. I mean, I'm incredibly lucky that I have the resources to get to the match with my old man when a lot of people don't, but it's tough sometimes. I feel like a lot of us just go through the motions when we're there and it can be so toxic.
Regarding the actual football, we're five games into a new regime so we need to sit tight, but there's deep-seeded issues and I don't know how they can be rectified.
Its quite easy Adam.
People need to lower their expectations.
People need to realise its not 1987 anymore and we arent the best club in Europe.
We are a nothing club that won a few pots many, many years ago, if people accept that they will enjoy the small victories more.
Instead of reaching for the stars, accept that you cant reach them and enjoy the street light.
BUT WHAT ABOUT AMBISHUN LAD.
Ambition is fine, we all strive for more, but we do not have a god given right to beat everybody.
90% of the fanbase are Geordie mutants sadly who think anybody honestly cares in 2018 that we were quite good 30 years ago.
You mostly get what you deserve in life and IMO the majority of our fanbase dont deserve us to win a throw in.
