There’s a reason most of our star players were rejects and failures at other clubs. Throw in our youngsters who were raised in a losing environment, and it’s no wonder why we’re so gutless. Keep Richarlison, punt the rest.

They won’t all make it and that’s okay. They’ll have a career in football even if it isn’t with us. People wanting so much from the likes of Davies, Williams and Robinson and it probably won’t happen.

People were gutted about Walsh being sold - does he even play for Bristol city?

I genuinely don't know if I can support this team anymore. It's been about 30 years of absolute annoyance, disappointment and I just feel I'm not getting enough back for the emotional effort put in.

The performances from the players and attitude of some just doesn't justify the way they can ruin my weekend.

I think that may be it now. Everton may be the worst team to support in the world. Possibly the worst club for building expectations and letting down globally. Again the attitude today was pitiful and the lack of belief in these away games is shocking. I honestly think I'm done with them now.
 
The first goal came against the run of play and the second (offside) further compounded it, up until then had been a positive performance.
Just think a lack of balance is still the main problem. Can't have Richarlison and Walcott bombing on at all times, whilst Kenny is left exposed, left to defend 2-on-1 for 70 minutes.
That said, this season is just the first in a long-term project, expectations need to be adjusted whilst kinks are ironed out; a lot of elements of the performance today were streets ahead of last season.
Once Gomes (or any well-rounded '8' that eases the creative burden from deep), Mina, Coleman and Bernard are all starters I think we'll look a lot better in and out possession.
 

To be honest it’s getting tiresome at the moment. We’re clearly not going to be even Moyes level decent any time soon. Weekends are just a drag when we’re on at 4 knowing we’ll either mess up at home or be battered by a top 6 team. We were a mid table side with a 20 goal striker in it with Lukaku and all we’ve done is replaced him with a useless kid. We’re lower mid table material at the moment. Wolves Leicester Watford all have more quality than us.
 
Tbh it’s Richarlison and Digne and 9 championship players at the moment. Let’s just hope Mina is also of a good standard and we add more in January. We can’t keep hoping that the likes of Siggurdson Schneiderlin Gueye Kenny Keane Calvert Lewin are going to come good. They’ve shown that they’re not at the required level.
 
Martinez's first season was the last time we were bus=zzing...and that felt so fresh and new. Was it only one season ago we had Den Perry and Rooney only to end up with Fat Sam ...and now we have Silva and ...i dunno...i'm not expecting to win the league but we need to be better than this?
