Digne was bang average in games he played this season, was as bad in defense as Keane has been, and wasn't even good going forward, Vitali looks like a better deal, will save in digne's salary as well as hopefully will fetch 10-15 m pounds extra.

What happens to the other players supposedly close to joining?

If they are Benitez targets, it leaves the next manager potentially not liking them?

Or, we wait on any transfers for a new manager, by which point the window is shut.

“Digne is bang average and a liability in defence but someone will pay £35m for him” is certainly a look.

Digne has been very quiet which is professional on his part. Sadly if good teams are circling then why would he stay even if Benitez goes? We’re useless.

Watched his clips, so far looks better then digne, let's see how that works out in PL.

Given we spent peanuts in the summer and are now spending, I assume that we absolutely HAVE TO sell Digne this month to meet the rules and this talk of loaning him is bullplop?
