The talent is there, however the prices have gone up exponentially.

Palace just paid £15m for the young winger from Millwall. Rigg, Fellows are two who have been lauded on here, but they'd cost £15-£20m or so each more than likely.

Rigg would cost a hell of a lot more than 15-20m mate - it'd be more like 35-40m the lad looks a generational talent

I always remember Moyesie liking a strong DM that could drop back into defence to allow full backs to bomb on. Not sure Gana and Mangala fit the bill.

Could indeed be as well mate, really depends if the lad can adapt his game and develop that positioning/awareness side as he has all the tools needed to do that role.

Moyes actually has some players here he'll love working with imo, either players he can mould or ones he can get the best out of.

Think O'Brien he'll love, Tim, Garner, Lindstrom, Chermiti, Ndiaye, Patterson will all see more time and Moyes trying to use/develop them to fit what he wants.

As a note btw, wouldn't shock me to see Moyes playing Lindstrom a lot more and trying to find the position that can get him in the box central way more often.

I said pre season I think he's the most important outfield player for this side besides for Branthwaite, his absence really hurt us as he's one of the few who could take it in the half turn and looked up. Mangala is trying to do the same type of role but Garner for me is better pretty much everywhere than him.

Moyes will really push the lad in I feel as he always had a knack with centre mids finding there best role
