The club should demand a written statement from whoever is responsible for - saying its perfectly acceptable going forward for Everton defenders to push a player in the back, using both hands, while player is in the air, going for the ball uncontested (except for push).

I'll be rely frustrated if we walk away from this one, which it sounds like we might.

Yes, he needs to work on his end product, but the options blistering pace and dribbling gives us is huge. Transitions are more effective, better movement opens up space and passing lanes when we have the ball etc.

Get this one done ASAP.

But he'll go to one of our rivals.

Moyes didn`t always play with 2 wingers at West Ham, he often played with 3 10s in behind the striker Benrama, Lanzini & Fornals before Bowen became more prominent... I think McNeil, NDaiye and Lindstrom would be affective if we had FBs that could overlap.

It would have been a very soft penalty, not as much in it as it looked like, Dom’s was more of a penalty for me.

Was watching ref watch and it said that even if it were given it would've been disallowed as Doucoure fouled Martinez. It doesn't make it right that it wasn't initially awarded, but the outcome was probably the same, so it's largely irrelevant

We can unregister him from the squad. There isn’t anything anyone can do to stop that.

I don't know for certain but i'm not sure that would change anything. I think the rules relate to us holding his registration as a player rather than him being registered as available in the PL.

I'm still not convinced that a striker is what we need. I think we need better service. We definitely need a right winger and we need to replace doucoure too. That should be the first thing. Imagine how many more opportunities we would create. Yes Calvert Lewin isn't scoring but look at some of the villa chances missed they were far better chances. Calvert Lewins were half chances at best the left footed shot was going away from goal and the one at the end was a poor ball by lindstrom as it was bobbling around quite high.

Was it bollocks, the ball was served on platter for him, perfect weight for a very easy finish, it was about 2 feet off the ground, if DCL can't lift his foot that high think he's in the wrong game
