Hope you're right. The crap loans we went with are coming back to bite us. Everyone is on about Broja needing to go back, but we should never have gone back for Harrison a second time. Him taking a needed loan spot irks me more than anything.

We aren't signing more than 2 players (if that) in this window. It makes no difference whether they are young or old. Just get them in.

We can sign players for the future in the summer. It's the better time to buy anyway, and we lose 12 out of contract players from the squad.

End of the day if there is a disagreement about long- term v short-term investment then it should be for the ownership to step in and guide how their money is spent.

Ultimately it’s for them to say whether they want it invested in young players for the longer term or in experienced players for immediate survival. Both arguments have some merit to them in our situation but they could at least provide guidance to settle things and get moving.
