Yeah then thats us out and not be stupid, id like us to try for players like this similar to when wrnt for gnoto snd and then when ask for silly money. Like we did for sig walk away from it, like free agents like gomes walker-peters lamptey ect try and make a deal but if to high walk away

I hope we're looking at spending £100mil on replacing squad players & £100mil on a few high potential players like this.

Thats a gradual spend over several windows. With the 3rd season being another £100mil on stars to take us up a level.

With the right manager, good recruitment and some luck that may take us back to the top 6. We'd need some big sponsorship deals for PSR.

Dont like putting a number on it because i dont kno what we have to spend. I just want see good recruitment i dont want just see us get top 6 if we do great. Just want to see progression with a plan. If we could get mid table next season with a set style of play they great. Is going to hwve to be a mix potential and players who can come in snd make an inspact now. I agree, most were a little underwhelmed when we got an ex-Sheffield United player in and look how well he had done. Our way forward has to be to recruit right, not recruit expensively. Better to spend £10M each on ten punts, than spend it all on one player, who either gets crocked, does not suit the prem or just turns out to be a bit poo.

Brighton will be pulling some other clubs pants down again if they get north of £50m for this lad.
Has already had a big injury and is scoring 1 in 4 at best in a side that scores goals.

Was thought about as the new Alan Shearer but has done diddly for 18 months.

Would be an incredibly expensive gamble.

If you are Man U you can probably afford to take the chance.
