I imagine it would make more sense FFP speaking to outright sell Bernard than involve him in any kind of swap deal.

I was throwing a name out there. In terms of a free transfer to help the team mext season, especially if we get Europe. I’d much rather see a 33yr old Di Maria coming off the bench, than a siggurdsson or Bernard or Gomes.

And that still doesn’t make Maximum a better option, because he ain’t. He has a few flicks and tricks, but won’t help us get any better. You will probably argue that Di Maria won’t, which is fair enough. But he’s experienced, can play in a number of positions and is on a free.

While maximum will cost 35mil want a 5yr deal. Amd we will be stick with another bolasie
