Everton January transfer window 2021

I don't know anything about this player but think we need more signings like this, I'm not a fan of all these links to players like Isco/Khedira etc. I know Ancelotti isn't here for the super long term of developing talent but we need to protect ourselves in the future as well and you never know he could make the step up to the first team.
As a Colombian international I would expect him to be around the first team squad
He has 20 games this season to get up to speed for next season

This window should be easier to manage
All the shops and fast food restaurants are closed ,that only leaves the Titanic and cash points in West Derby to cover
John Lennon Airport will be quiet as well

Not strictly true, the fast food joints are still open at motorway service stations.

So rather than the San Carlo in town, all the action will be taking place at Burger King at the Burtonwood Services lol

If our defence was camped on the half way line then our midfield would be further forward and our attacking players wouldnt be isolated.

Forwards will be isolated if we play with a deep defence and dont have real quality ball carriers.

Not to mention self acclaimed 'super scout' @MikelsGoat . Haller has not only burned him, but lit him up in flames...

Not in a good way :p
To be fair Besic poured the petrol on the fire to start the whole thing off

If you ever saw Haller playing in Germany he was more of a Firmino type playing in a 3 upfront who would drop off and then come forward with Rebic and Jovic doing the bulk of things. Ever since going to West Ham they have just looked at the size of him and just stuck him on his own upfront as some sort of target man and that really isn't his game at all.
Typical Moyes move, get a proven goal scorer and play him out of position or up front upon his own! :/

James Beattie MK 2.

...I checked earlier & there’s virtually no air traffic over Ecuador, so that’ll be easy to keep an eye on. I don’t mind doing a stint at the cash-point in West Derby Village.

I’ve said previously in here, he had a good record in Germany, and will do well in the Dutch league.

But to label him in the same category as one of the best strikers of his generation, who came to England late in his career is very silly.
That wasn’t the comparison though. where they were alike was that they were successful on the continent, not successful here. In that regard they were very much in the same category, despite the reasons for their not setting the prem alight being vastly different.
