Agree, he’s got ability but not suited to the PL, probably do well in China or somewhere like that.

Tosun, Besic, Kenny, Bolasie and him all going on this window would be fantastic if can be achieved.

Get rid of Delph too and I’d consider it a minor modern day miracle.

He might make the matchday squad but he does zip on the few occasions that Carlo subs him on......might as well have a kid like Small or Onyango on the bench to gain experience.

I am with you there but no many days left to get shut of any of them. I think we need to get rid of some before we can bring anyone in.

But then that might mean that they can't play under 23s, and so just go 6 months without playing any football right at the time that they need to be developing. They also don't play the same position. As I said, Bernard can go today as far as i'm concerned, but if people honestly think we're maintaining a top 6 challenge with a bench including 2 keepers and 3 left backs every week then i'll have some of what they're smoking.

Totally agree that if we can shift Bernard , Tosun , JJK and perhaps Bolasie than we need to bring in a couple of players even if only on loan.
 
I'd be very surprised of Bernard left. He's still getting minutes and needed. Dont get me wrong if we got an offer for him I'd be more than happy to get him off the books due to wages.

But we'd need to have someone lined up. What I wouldn't give for a player who can play across the front 3 positions with pace. That would set us up lovely for the 2nd half of the season.
