I hope its a full house and we win 3-0.

What worries me is that everybody assumes he will save us from relegation if he comes...

At Palace he had Bentecke and at Sunderland he had Defoe as proven premiership strikers; at Everton he has?

At Palace and Sunderland he had good solid defenders that he could utilise...At Everton he has Williams, Jagielka, Keane, Schneiderlin...

He said after the Leicester match that the pivotal point for any team being threatened by relegation is the Festive Season period where you have 15 points to play for in 12 days...he will have only the above to get him those points...

Appointing Fat Sam is not a slam-dunk to avoiding relegation as everybody thinks...

Usually with Everton, I can kid/convince myself of the positives.

Allardyce, Lee and Shakespeare represent what's wrong with the game for me and I just can't.

I wish I could pin it on someone other than Moshiri to keep the sun shining out of his arse and the hope alive - but the decision rests with him.

Keep getting told that Moshiri is magic off the field with paying off loans and whatever, but on the field we've gone backwards considerably under Moshiri.

He/his team don't fill me with confidence they can run a football club.

Never truer words.

We're not even in the relegation zone now though! Twist it the other way round, if he takes us down he has had a complete and utter nightmare.

Anyone would think we were rock bottom in a league full of quality teams.

It’s possible albeit unlikely that come 10.15pm that Everton will be second from bottom.

Irrespective three teams go down and below Everton in the current league standings are WHU, Swansea and Palace bar SwNsea the others have already appointed new managers and seem to be better for it.

Loose tonight and Everton will be in the bottom three and there is a reason or should I say many reasons for it this now isn’t about players who like Chelsea a couple of seasons ago who hap promise with Mourino and started to perform once he was out the door for as we know f RK has been gone for 5 weeks and No replacement bounce has happened.

The players aren’t too good to go down and until that fundamental point is acknowledged there really are some issues and if Big SAM is true to his normal approach I suspect some of the costly or expressive darlings won’t take being told thatbat all well

But it's also worth considering he would of never had the budget at any of those clubs as to what we may give him in January.

You'd like to think he'll have a better pool of players available to him because of this, to what he has historically

What's worrying is I think that the teams around us in the bottom are all better than us and the teams we are better than have got of to flyers which will make catching them harder.

We aren't at all too good to go down and this season is turning into the perfect storm.

Such a shame because I would have been really happy with Silva and I suspect some top team will poach him before we get the chance again.

Not trying to be picky mate, but Schneiderlin isn't a defender.

Are you getting confused with Baines ?
