I'd prefer to see a higher fee for DCL and selling Maupay would be better than loaning him out, but what you're outlining there would be ok. Who do you want to come in at CF in that scenario?

We should have gone all in on Guirassay.
Now I'd take Fofana or Abraham on loan with an option.

Still think we could do with a proper right-sided forward. Between Ndiaye, McNeil & Harrison we have the left covered and I don't want to see Lindstrom punted there all season as it's not his preferred position.

Mangala earns 30k a week, Fofana does so as well 30k

So we would have 90k still left from Maupay and DCL.

+ around 30m of transfer fees to improve the squad while still keeping the same financial level.

An upgraded squad, but isn't it we had to pay installments as well this season for Beto and Chermiti?

I too want DCL gone now as he is in his last year.
However, I still think with the right service he could do a job. Look what Carlo got out of him providing service. Not saying there are not better out there but..........

I'd take him. Ipswich signed a lot of championship proven players now, him, Szmodzics, Muric, Jacob Greaves and a few more. They need a couple to come off to have a serious chance of staying up.

He doesnt even instruct a midfield runner to run beyond just in case he does win the header, i think he expects DCL to trap the ball with his head.

Out: holgate ( free to Ajax), Maupay ( peanuts to OM) and DCL ( for about 15m)

In: Mangala, Gnonto, and a striker ( Abraham or Brobbey or Fofana)
