It makes sense for the accounts. But surprised villa want Dobbin.
From a footballing standpoint, it's absolutely rubbish for the game though. I dont like it.

You should be encouraged to keep and develop home grown players. Not sell them to meet financial rules that serve no purpose.

Just means dobbin and Tim are valued at about the same and create positive PSR for both teams.
