Everton Summer 2024 Transfer Thread

Apart from Banthwaite, Garner, Cermitti, Onyango, Warrington and Dobbin himself he hardly players any young players, absolute myth, don't think we've had a manager who has done it more and given opportunities mate.
If we add the minutes Chermitti, Onyango, Warrington and Dobbin played under Dyche we are not getting too much right. Garner already had good game time at Forest.
I don't want to criticize Dyche too much but last season it was puzzling why Dobbin was not brought on more in the last part.of games and why Chermitti had to wait so long when DCL and Beto were underperforming

Any more straws you can clutch at. Jesus what did onyango and Warrington get 🤣🤣 McNeil and Harrison stunk the gaff out for 2/3rds of the season and dobbin hardly got a look in, Chermiti also. Garner played because we had 3 players for 2 midfield spots and gana must have missed 15 games due to injury and the afcon

Look at young playing the first 3 games at left back and left Myko out and then moved to right back, even though he was costing us goals, getting booked every game, red card in the derby, giving stupid pens away.
And also played him right wing when he finally decided to drop one of McNeil and Harrison, he hadn’t played on the wing in like 5 years.
Dyche was lucky we didn’t really get many injuries, because it would have been interesting to see what he would have done, probably would have played Keane left wing

Anyone know anything about Iroegbunam? Is he just going to fill Warrington's place in the squad (bench filler)? or is he likely to make more contributions as a squad player?

You’re not allowed to include any good young players or any young players with experience so Branthwaite McNeil Onana Garner don’t count despite being the core of the team for the entire season.

He has qualities mate, anytime I've seen him, I've been both impressed but also think he's raw. His defending could do with some work, but Luton were gash at the back. But he has attributes, athleticism, unit, engine, presence, pace, power, he can get up the line and can be a threat.

I dont use twitter so cant see the post chain.

Saying were sending a young player to City in a swap deal?

He looks like Lilian Thuram on youtube.

For Luton i didnt really pay much attention but seemed a little weak at the back post possibly?

£10.9mil seems a very good fee.
Yeah his postioning is meant to be his weakness but maybe because of the style of luton being very attackiny. But is something you can work on with him having pace intrestind deal has be end of patterson

For Sean Dyche, see file named Southgate.

We seem to be building a squad (with younger guys) which is a good thing. That will help us with tournaments and injuries. Build a foundation and once we are settled and back in the green we can set our sights higher.

Hasn’t Tim had a full season of 40-odd games at QPR on loan?
