We've been hard forced to do this deal early.

I would have just left it at that. It’s been years of misery at Everton. You don’t have to find a negative for everything. A new young midfield player is through the door at Everton before pre-season has started, you don’t need to rush to make sure you batter away any positivity or credit for the club immediately. I’d take PSR forced early transfers every day of the week over waiting until the last day in August for some loan deals because we have no money.

I don't rate Broja enough to come in for DCL just not convinced by the lad.

did well at Vitesse and ok at Southampton stats wise, but alarm bells should ring as he hardly had game time at Fulham. I'd take Broja on a loan at best with Ndiaye. But the Luton lad might be more of a Dyche type of striker

I keep seeing these “it’s just legalised money laundering” takes but the illegality is a pretty fundamental aspect of the definition of money laundering.

It’s like saying going into a shop and paying for something is just “legalised theft”.
