Strikers are hard to replace
Only striker I can think of that we might be able to afford and would come to us is Adebayo from Luton.

What's the word round the campfire on him, and any other realistic targets?

These United bids for Branthwaite are ridiculous. Either make a real offer and force the club to really consider it or go away. I say we make a bid of £5m for Mainoo. Maybe United will get the message. That said, I'm thrilled it seems we are likely to keep Branthwaite for another year. If we can have a decent season, maybe the allure of BMD the following season will entice him to stay yet another year. Up the Toffees.
