Some very unexpected signings so far this summer in Ndiaya, Lindstrom and Iroegbunam.

Need at least another 4 though, a CB, right back if Patterson is in the bin, a replacement for Onana and obviously another striker, especially if one of DCL or Beto are moving on.

Can easily see Holgate, Keane and Maupay going before the end if the window.

Can’t see any of those three going anywhere unless it’s on loan. Wages are too much for some teams coupled with the fact all three are uber gash.

Most of Moyes bargain buys were players out of form or who had lost their way and most of them never turned out that shoddy.

Exactly, it’s not a bad strategy for us to be pursuing and it normally means a player is motivated with something to prove. Far better than overpaying for a Schneiderlin or type who probably never wanted to drop down a level to play for us.

We surely have to bring in more CBs to do it though? Like he clearly doesn't fancy Holgate, and Keane looks to be moving on. We would likely need 3 CBs, unless he's going to use Coleman/Mykolenko as CBs in a 3, which I'm not convinced about.

The CH will be a last minute job, he wont Buy any until some have definitely gone. Keane and Holgate will end up going when clubs have run out of options and want something cheap.
