In our current state, and their current state, Solanke moving here is such a sidestep. We also don't have the facilities for Toney.

I can't help but think that DCLs contract is holding up several possible transfers.
- If he signs, we don't get a new ST, so we bring a CDM on a loan (e.g Phillips, Ugochukwu)
- If he doesn't sign (we loan-to-buy a striker - Broja?) and purchase a CDM (eg Dendonker)

Our budgets and targets will change depending on what personnel we have available and there will be inadvertent consequences on our other targets
