Interesting point on Gakpo, with PSV failure to qualify for Champions League they face a huge financial drop in revenue and they have completed a move for ex-Everton legend El Ghazi plus hopefully Marcel Brands actually stirs us right for a change.

Rated at around £30-35m and recently broken into the Dutch first team (7 apps / 2 goals) but his assists make him a valuable asset not to mention his goal scoring.

Given that Antony has went for near £80m, Gakpo has smashed his best season stats:

I don't think Gakpo is going to come to Everton. Lots of clubs in Europe fancy him, and players only seem to go backwards here.

Was just thinking this myself. Mosh opens the wallet on the understanding AG or Dominic Calvert-Lewin are off in the summer. Wouldn’t be sold on Gakpo from the little I’ve seen of him but suppose we’ll wait and see whether this has any legs?

Will certainly require a careful medical. This one will keep us on our toes right until the end of the window.
