Saying that SSN are reporting that Abraham going for £34m with a buy back of £68m.......They wouldn’t have sold him without a low release clause

Exactly what I said before. I wouldn't mind signing McNeil if we had a couple of quality wide men who are pacey and contribute goals too. But we don't. So signing him and using up all of a limited budget to do so would be a mistake.
give Burnley Keane and Kenny to sweeten the deal.
Yeah he's nearly 30, if the rumours are true then we're just looking for a short term back - up to Coleman.
Will his mates be here?Arias being linked on loan. Us, PSV and Bayer Leverkusen linked. Would think he would like to come here for a year and play in the prem with his mates wouldnt you.
How nice was it to not see Davies & Gomes involved yesterday. Let’s hope they along with others are booted soon
Davies was one of our better performers in the second half of last season. The stick he gets is ludicrous.
People can did him out for not having the quality, but nobody can say the lad doesn't care about Everton.
Tom Davies a garbage footballer,Seems like a nice lad though.Davies was one of our better performers in the second half of last season. The stick he gets is ludicrous.

He'd be really cheap though, maybe even 3-4M or on loan. Biggest issue is whether he can get anywhere near top form again after snapping his leg. Then swerve. We want a younger player who can put in a few years part of the teambuilding.
No. We need to prioritise pacey, goal scoring wide men over a McNeil type. McNeil is absolutely not worth spending a wedge on when we have no budget. He is the afterthought after you have signed the really good options. We can leave signing him until next summer in your scenario. And if we miss out on him in doing so, it really is no big miss.If we need 3 wide players, (which we do) then bringing in McNeil would tick one box leaving us with two more to bring in next summer.
Good idea.
Brands has even given up signing youth talent. So so weird man... But in other news linked to this fella:
