Will sign one of them certainly not both.
Agree with that centre mid from Fulham and a right back then I'll be reasonably pleased. Probably better with McNeil from Burnley, but younger, but again we need to offload more.

That could come with coaching though mate - the lads only 21 who's to say he couldn't develop and add goals to his game?
The other possibility is that they are CL quality but there are limited options to move because of European club finances.I don't get why we are faffing around with a player like Correra. Isn't really what we need and likely won't want to come anyway.
The issue with signing players 27-30 when you are a club like Everton, is that the player either is already stepping down from a better club or has one last chance to move to a CL team. They are very unlikely to choose us. The only way they do is if we (a) have the appeal of a good manager, like we did with Ancelotti, but don't any more, or (b) if we offer them a proper wedge to move here.
Either way is bad business. If we sign a player like Correra for big money and on big wages, we are stuck with another decreasing asset on wages that are then prohibitive to moving them on. Unless we can somehow convince a world-beater in that age to sign, we should generally sign younger.
But have you seen him play?Either way i'm gassed for Correa. An attacking player who can play centrally or out wide, even behind the striker but most importantly scores goals. Big game player too according to Italian media, 3 goals and 2 assists in 8 CL games last season including contributions against Bayern and Dortmund.
At to that he's just turned 27 and is about to enter his prime years - it's a no brainer for me.
Don’t let that trivial matter get in the way of a new signing from overseas with a sexy sounding name! But have you seen him play?
Yeah you've answered you question really. They also had a summer off and have made big sales too though.how ffp allow Chelsea to get away with what they are doing is beyond me, what is it something like thirty odd players out on loan ? Then again ffp seems to treat our top six darlings in a different way it's as if ffp was built just for them....
Chelsea doing what they're doing from the standpoint of the club is absolutely the right thing. I'm not a Chelsea supporter so I'm not arsed about that. I am a football fan who would like to see Havertz, Pulisic, Werner and Ziyech all play regularly however.Right so now you're just deciding on a whim when something bothers you and when it doesn't.
Of course not.But have you seen him play?
I agree with you on that. Correa is an okay player though. Not much more.Of course not.
Seen McNeill though and he’s absolutely average.
….not really. He can be encouraged to hit the box when the ball breaks on the opposite side but goalscoring wingers tend to do that as a matter of course. I’d be looking at his record in youth football and seeing if he was prolific.
Goalscorers grow up being goalscorers, they want to score goals they get on the end of chances in the box. If I watch wingers I like to notice if they are regularly in the penalty area, it’s a good sign.
Yeah you've answered you question really. They also had a summer off and have made big sales too though.
Correa
McNeil
Make it happen Moshiri!
Fair enough. I think a decent barometer is if the player is also doing well in European competitions - Correa bagged against Bayern and assisted v Dortmund amongst his 4 goals and 3 assists in the CL last season.I agree with you on that. Correa is an okay player though. Not much more.
Sometimes a player can ignite at a certain club and really show what they are all about. But from what I've seen, I have my doubts. Not convinced he's what we need at all.
Depends what Dyche expects of him mate - if its to hug the touchline and feed crosses in to the centre forwards all day long he's not going to get the opportunity to regular get into the box - his goal against us was fantastic and shown he can cut in from out wide.
Wilf Zaha wasn't a regular goalscorer until the last 2-3 seasons.
