If we do sell Richarlison then brought in Mousa Diaby (Leverkusen) and Antony (Ajax) for £35mil each that looks to be good business and gives us starters on both flanks.
If we then bring in Patterson and Jebbison for £10mil each we will have spent £90mil on 4 young high potential players with high upside.
However, if we sign Maximin and Zaha Im not sure if i could stomach watching them.
Diaby will be a HUGE fee like £50m+ to get him out of Leverkusen having just sold Bailey they are in better financial shape and frankly we should have been looking into signing this type of player at his original move fee of £13m but our scouting has let's say been off sight of late.
Antony will be the cheaper option but still we would be looking around £30m and he has a similar trajectory to Richarlison also.
Happy with
Patterson (who will be playing tonight for Rangers due to players out with Covid) and
Jebbison (who was subbed at halftime against Derby in the cup) but I'd say "undisclosed fees" will be the likely outcome so £5-7m with add-ons.
Maximin for me is a huge NO like Bolaise-Level NO. He is a one trick pony and his fitness level are proof that this pony only 24 isn't getting any better. He will cost £30-40m and he is a dreadful footballer.
Zaha here we go again! 2 years ago yeah but now, meh! He hasn't the worst stats
(104 apps - 27 goals - 17 assists in 3 seasons) compared to Richarlison
(108 apps - 34 goals - 9 assists in 3 seasons)
But it's the price tag, age and sell on.
Richarlison was £35m (£50m with add-ons) and he is 24 IF he leaves it will be north of £70m easy, Palace will want £40m for Zaha who is 29 in November.
I would price Zaha in the Ings bracket of £25m but he has an extra year however questionable if he can settle "up north"
