Last week we have been linked with Cunha, Correa & Maupay. Right back is more concerning than another striker?

I have wanted us to get a right back for years but we’re going to finish mid table whether we sign one or not whereas if something happened to Dom or Richie we could be in big trouble because nobody else can score. In short I think a striker needs to be a priority too assuming kean will at least go on loan if not sold.

I like Kean he'll make it - propably not here though. In this last week of transfer window I hope were not frantically trying to spend incoming Richarlison money.. Maupay, McNeil and longstaff that would be abysmal business.

I think its because they have the ability to generate much higher income levels (albeit fraudulently at times)...we have very little generated in terms of commercial and matchday revenue - hence the restrictions for us

Surely over-paying for ordinary players (Siggy, Gomes, Delph, Bolasie, Iwobi, Klaasen, Sandro, Bernard) is what we want to avoid. If Townsend, Begovic and Gray are ordinary at least they aren't breaking the bank. I assume Maupay would cost real money.

I think Moshiri has just had enough tbh, and that saying about doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results has come to the fore. And with the cost of a new stadium on the horizon, he’s just made a decision not to spend big this season.
