We had to wait to sell kean to get rondon. Any more incoming players is fanciful.I honestly don’t see the problem w Rondon as third choice striker. He’s reasonable cover. Allows us to spend whatever money we have on a player for the starting XI.

Yes I did question the signings, but I understood the situation we were in. And didn’t mind them coming in as squad players. Though they have started well. I still have reservations, if 2 of gray, Townsend and iwobi are starting every week.Being honest though many thought Gray and certainly Townsend were pants.
James is only 23 and still has room to improve. Wouldn't be looking to sign him permanently but if Diaz falls through Would rather a loan signing than spunking £20+ million on a Brands deadline day panic buy.
Would also free up the money for a CM as we all know once Doucoure is injured we'll struggle in the middle of the park.
I would say a CM signing is just as important as a wide player at present.

3 players coming in before deadline.
Rondon, Maitland-Niles and possibly Lingard.
We're also set to recieve a few mil from Vlasic transfer.
Makes sense, as long as wages are sensible. If he's backup to DCL, he should earn considerably less than DCL. Not Chinese league money.I think someone like Rondon as a backup striker is perfect. Good strikers get whiney sitting on the bench, finding someone willing to be cover, for cheap, and has scored double digits in a season in the league is not easy.
shut it you buffoonWe've been in talks with Rondon for weeks, we couldn't agree on wages before, but the clock is ticking.

Don't you have anything better to do?Rondon, Maitland-Niles and possibly Lingard.

They're also interested in Benitez, they'll fcuk all thoughRumour Arse are interested in Lingard.
Not really to worried about them also still not sure why vlasic is rated so high.WHU finished above us and have just improved their team further with Zouma and Vlasic. Sad to think we might even fall further behind even them - they should have been relegated two years ago!
They’re spending £55m on two players that cost us £10m, they have the same points as us after 3 games and will be starting Europe after the international break which will put a big strain on their seasonWHU finished above us and have just improved their team further with Zouma and Vlasic.
