Everton Summer transfers 2021

I have remained confident and refuse to wet the bed until the window closes. Certain people have been crying for weeks already. Life is too short, wait and see then react.
This happens every window though you can see how it’s going to go and say it but people shout you down and say wait and see stop panicking then it turns out to be exactly how you said it was going to be in the first place. Just refusing to accept what’s right in front of you and telling everyone to calm down until after the deadline doesn’t make you dead cool and clever it just makes you look a bit slow on the uptake tbh.

Perhaps subscriber revenue isn’t so rosy for The Athletic in the UK? I wondered if the ditching of Gwlad Tidings might have been a cost-cutting thing. Click bait is also usually a bad sign about the quality of your offering.

Oh they are always doing tons of offers mate, have been for ages. Personally I'm happy to pay £3 or whatever a month for it as I use it a lot and listen to a lot of their pods and like what they've done with Tifo - which I've really enjoyed watching this summer after their animations became very samey.

On GT, I think it is a case of cost cutting a bit but more in terms of streamlining staff. I imagine it was taking up a day of Paddy and Greg's time to research, prep for and record. Won't have been worth it for the listeners. So they've gone and hired that Dan Bardell to host a few pods a week and they'll just have overarching shows which will probably attract more listeners.

Mate, this started abut a month ago, these people were drinking bleach already. It is clear we tried for Dumfries, Diaz and that other kid at the very least. If these had pulled off, then the bet wetters would have been wrong! Added to that, there is still time and new funds from Kean going etc, I will hold tight before jumping off my house.
Chill ffs

Whilst I see what you’re saying, people have every right to question the powers that be and to be unhappy watching us leave everything until the last minute as usual. The right back thing is fairly unforgivable at this point, and if it gets sorted will be more down to luck than judgement.

looking around on deadline day and it looks quite quiet across all the clubs There are 4 confirmed deals across Europe. This is really showing that no one has any money. I expect there to be loan deals before the window closes, but not much more than that. What I think may happen after deadline day is that some players may get have their contracts terminated by mutual consent, allowing them to sign for a new club, because they are a free agent and out of work. Someone like Rondon could fall into that category.

Premier League

09:39 Cristiano Ronaldo [Juventus - Manchester United] £12.85m + possible £6.85m

09:00 Nikola Vlasic [CSKA Moscow - West Ham] Undisclosed

11:58Marc Cucurella [Getafe - Brighton] £15.4m

European

08:12 Moise Kean [Everton - Juventus] Loan

Or maybe it’s because most clubs in the world are normal and got their required business done earlier than August the 31st.

What I don't quite get is, if people don't have any money - shouldn't they be selling ?
