No idea why there are no links for him. We should be selling him for anything that is offered. He's into the final year of his deal and is an academy player so any fee is 100% profit. Even £1m would help. Keeping him would be completely stupid economically.

I can stomach paying Theo Walcott to play for someone else, just about.

I can't stomach paying James Rodriguez to play for someone else.

We haven't had a good season in decades, because we haven't won anything for decades.

I am not sure what you want to see, we are paying the cost of Steve (haven't got a clue) Walsh and the impact those signings and salaries have had on P&L - we have made a lot of mistakes, not least all that Mangers we have had and their impact on transfers - hopefully, we can get some consistency over the next 3 years which allows us to build - hindsight is a wonderful tool.

I dont see a good season being quite as black and white as you for a start but in answer to what I want to see it’s evidence that the club has a clear strategy to get back to where I want them to be and that they’re making the moves to help them do it. Yet again that hasn’t been the case for me this summer but maybe it has for you which is great if a little bit perplexing.
