It's the saving grace of the window really. No matter how bad things may seem, at least we aren't Arsenal.Think the Amazon documentary on them is going to be a brilliant watch

we are going to end up paying £20m+ for Maitland-Niles nailed on (possibly loan + obligation)
Marcel Brands?Lol at Mikel Arteta, absolute comedy figure.
If Amazon did us it would be a mixture of Sunderland and arsenal I reckonIt's the saving grace of the window really. No matter how bad things may seem, at least we aren't Arsenal.
Marcel Brands?
I think it’s called realismNot the entire fan base obviously (I accept it was a very sweeping statement), but if you read in here, there are plenty who are just accepting of us trying to get players like rondon in and are now wanting us to get AMN. I get we need squad players, but we should be wanting better surely?
I give up!We have to get a backup striker in. It's an absolute must. If Rondons asking over £5m a year in wages for 2 years, then walk away. There simply must be better options than this in the loan market.
This 100%They should indeed be selling but very very few have any money to buy ( us included )
Hence we are seeing a lot of loans with option / obligation to buy , as clubs are hoping they will have normal revenue streams in the future
There are a load of bargains out there if we had money to spend
@catcherintherye and others predicted this earlier in the year
The full effects of Covid are yet to be seen
A recession unlike anything we have seen since the war is coming down the tracks
Governments printing money like it’s going out of fashion is only delaying things
Same comedy appeal different clubs. No, Mikel Arteta.
