Stadium costs are not part of FFP. We can't buy players because he has wasted millions on below average players. He seems to think he's playing football manager.

The stadium is the clubs future. Why spend another 200 mill just to finish in pretty much the same position anyway?

Nobody wants our players because they aren't very good, but are on superstar salaries. If brands was to blame for all of them, then moshiri is to blame for sitting back and doing nothing.

Its not prioritising. The owner is funding the first stage of the build, not the club. FFP/ etc etc etc have knackered the finances, or rather, the clubs ability to spend.

New stadiums in no way guarantee success. Just look at the decline at Arsenal since Highbury. City are probably the exception to the rule. Most teams struggle with the transition to a new home ground.
