Celtic and Rangers both need obnoxious, loud, boisterous managers in order to be successful. They’re clubs that run on adrenaline and “passion”, the players also need someone who’ll give them hell’s fire if they’re underperforming. Howe would get wedgied in training by Shane Duffy.
