Neto has performed in the Prem already, is young (21) and Wolves are looking to sell a player or two this summer. He can play on either wing and also up front. If King and Tosun leave, we could do a lot worse than picking three of DCL, Richarlison, Neto and Rodriguez to start each game.

Olise is apparently available on a release clause for around £8m or £9m - he's 19 and has 6 goals and ten assists so far this season, from all over the park. He's played on the right side of midfield, as a 10 and also on both wings. Sure, Buendia has better stats... but he's four years older, likely to cost five times as much and his stats aren't THAT much better. If Olise's release fee really is less than £10m, I don't see how he isn't worth the gamble. If he crashes and burns we'd still be able to get virtually every penny back due to his age.

The thing I like about the idea of brining in Neto and Olise is that they both have pace and the ability to play out wide. We sorely lack in these areas currently.

Aarons: I'm perfectly happy to listen to alternatives at RB, but we have to accept that the Home Grown rules still exist so SOME of our incoming recruits each year need to meet those parameters. Aarons is likely to be the best young English RB available in the next window, we need new blood at RB now, and if we get him early on then maybe Norwich can afford to NOT sell Buendia to a Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs or RS.

The spend is substantial, yes. But Aarons at 21 is the oldest of the three, Neto has been capped at senior level by Portugal and Olise is actually very keenly-priced (assuming the release fee rumours are true). We know the club wants to get rid of Bernard and Delph (rumours of deals for both of them in January) and it's obvious Kenny and Tosun will be sold the moment an offer comes in for them... maybe we only get £10m combined for all four, but £20m is plausible. Get another £30m for Kean (possibly more) and all of a sudden the net spend comes down a fair bit. Just need a marquee CM and the squad would be strengthened in every area of current concern.

I think we wouid need another midfielder. Olise looks talented, but tends to play as a ten. If we lost Doucoure and Allan again. We can’t be left with Davies & Gomes. I know we have Gbamin, but there’s no way I can see him playing loads of games next season.

I’d try sell Gomes and iwobi. So that would mean we’d need another attacker. Again you can’t really see James playing 50 games. So we can’t be just left with the front 3 and no cover. And it’s imperative we have some quality on the bench, to put pressure on DCL & Richarlison. And help in games when need fresh legs, that doesn’t become a huge drop off in quality

That’s a lot to do in one window abs a lot of work for the club, but it we don’t do it, we will be playing Russian roulette with injuries next season

Agree 100% about the CM. The problem is finding the right one - he's got to be younger than Doucoure IMHO, but also ideally better than both Doucoure and Allan.

I think between them, Neto and Olise give you the cover you need for DCL, Richarlison and Rodriguez. Neto can play all across the front line, Olise can play on either wing. Selling Kean pretty much covers the cost of bringing them both in.

I don’t think we need to cover the cost of buys. Especially Witt a load of wages getting saved.

Yes I get what you’re saying, just think I’d like to see another number 9 as part of the squad, rumours of belotti, who we were linked Witt last sunmer, being available for 20mil

It feels unlikely to me that Belotti would join us if we aren't in Europe. He's not in a situation where he's going to want to move to a club and not play and currently that would be his fortune here.

Well he’s hardly played in Europe in Italy. And he’d get plenty of game time. With Carlo possibly going 2 up, or at least using it at times. There will be opportunities. Look at the form of Richarlison & DCL at times, he wouid have got his chance.

We've played two up top very sparingly, if there was a commitment to it sure, but there hasn't been.

And DCL even in his dry spells is a better player. Italian Darren Bent, a good season that makes everyone believe he's good still after 4 average ones.

I think we should try really hard to not be playing a 4-2-3-1 with Allan and Doucoure.

Also I like Neto, but I don't know if I like him to the tune of whatever outrageous price Wolves will want.
