Dele Ali will be the same as Lingard. Nobody wants him but if he does move on he’ll do very well.

I would have absolutely kicked off if we signed Lingard maybe I should be more accepting, Sometimes players just need a fresh start I guess.

Signing. The same with Lingard. We just don't think how Signings will turn out. I'd love if we signed Matic for a season he will nail down that holding midfield position. Still plenty left in the tank

I see what you are saying but Matic isn't very mobile and would quickly become another Schneiderlin weight round our necks with wages. We need players to build with. Young, hungry, dynamic...

That would very much depend on a lot of other factors that would determine whether it's worth the risk or not.

As I said, I didn't think he was that bad for United when he played either. He lacked game time and often had some exceptional players ahead of him on the pecking order.

He got 18 goals in 133 games for Utd, just mad he has 8 in 9 for West Ham. History suggest it’s a huge purple patch. You’d get decent odds him getting 10 all next season if he signs for West Ham.

29 end of this year, it’s a big no from me, because he will want good money and a 4yr deal. I don’t mind us signing 29yr olds. But not average ones like Lingard.

I very much doubt we offer a CB potentially 150k a week, when he’s not even guaranteed to be first choice. Any CB on that money should be first name on the team sheet and our best CB by a mile

Aye but say we offer him 100k, is he getting that much elsewhere even?

Not even sure we should offer him that. His injuries make me think maybe we just sell, but we have so many holes in the squad that I'd just prefer we left the one functional part of the team alone this summer.

He's a huge upgrade on Gomes and Davies lad, ok he's not peak condition like he was at Chelsea but i think he could do a job similar to Garth Barry.

I really rate Matic still but I'm just not sure it is the right time to make that signing.

He's been a good player just not sure that's what we need more aging players after one last payday. We need hungry, ambitious and dynamic our midfield is quite old as is. Gomes is meant to be more attacking but he isn't we need to move him and Delph and add someone who can drive this team forward. Davies/Allan/Doucoure/Gbamin is enough options at DM. We need a Kessie type.

I don't think he was ever that bad, but if he keeps up his current form he would be a good signing for any team in the world, I'm just not convinced he will.

I think he will, IF Moysie signs him. Cos Moysie won't let him forget what he;s done for him. But info tells me Utd wouldnt let him sign for us anyway.
