Proper number 8. He was only bit part this season as Amorim had a very settled midfield duo of Joao Mario & Palhinha. Was always one of the first subs on though. Played a lot more end of last season after the restart (Joao Mario wasn’t there then). I like him; lots of good players in that Sporting squad. Kinda hope they don’t sell anyone though.

Hate to say it but he kind of plays like a certain ex Rat who went to Chelsea. Tidy with excellent feet plus not too skinny he'll be knocked over by a fart.

33 apps but only 6 starts but still 3 goals and 2 assists in your breakout season is not bad.

Brazilian born so not to sure on the work permit situation but Brands did well in the South America market at PSV so hopefully with Nuno knowledge of Portuguese players, we can discover some gems.
