I'm only suggesting Soton players as Koeman bought a lot of Dutch league players to soton when he arrived
 
Funes Mori being linked with man utd and Lazio over on football 365, mind you Utd being linked with about 50 players at the minute.

Again 1 year into a 4 deal, champions league winner, England Squad regular. We'd want big big money. Not saying you couldn't do it but wouldn't be in your interest. Won't happen in my opinion.

Delph signed a 4 and a half year deal at villa in January 2015- By the summer he was at the Etihad

Just because a new deal is there doesn't mean there not for sale at any price.

A 5/6yr deal enables you a good deal, not a NOT FOR SALE sign

I'd only take Forster, VVD, Wanyama and Mane (price??)

I'm sure you don't follow our transfer ins and outs but we tend to sell when suitors are offering way above market value. There's no way we'd let them go unless you offer to pay far more than they are worth and I don't see why you would want to do that as it wouldn't be in our interest to sell or your interest to buy.

I wasn't aware Fellaini he signed a contract just before he left, crazy how much Moyes wanted him!

I agree with everything you've said here. Buying from any PL club these days with all the cash floating around is hard going unless players have reasonable buy out clauses.

Far better value abroad.

Im not saying its impossible, everyone has a price of course. I just look at it in terms of how much you would have to pay to get them, when you look at our track record. Im just saying you will have to overspend considerably to get them. If you want to do that and we think we can get replacements who are better and cheaper, then we wont stop you, its our business model.

Just think you want to look down the road, we sold them Lallana and Lovren for £50m and got Mane and Alderweireld (then Van Dijk) for £25m. They literally paid us £25m to have worse players than them in those positions, why would you want your pants pulled down like that?

Forster's a good English keeper and is a priority for us
VVD is a solid defender but if over 20mil I would easily look elsewhere- anyone know his wage
Mane could do a job but if 40mill figure is true, u can get players for cheaper who are better
Wanyama's a target who we can get as hes constantly wanting away from u

Id be very surprised if we are targeting any Saints players after taking there manager.
I'm sure they will be very open to doing a deal with us.
If any deal was to be done it would be on there terms and probably be over priced.
There are hundreds of players out there and I'm sure Koeman already has is eye on a few earmarked for Southampton he can see fitting in with us and hopefully a few fanciful, if only I had enough money, ones too.
