Complete clean slate for him and the rest of the team now we have a proper manager and not a fraud.

You also claim 'look at chelseas form when begovic was in goal' well.. they were already terrible form wise when courtois was in goal, and that was more do to a team thing more than a goalkeeping issue, and i don't think you watched many games during that period because for the most part when he was brought in he did very well.

Depends what you mean by crap. De Gea from the start was usually brilliant at the instinctive stuff but struggled at the aspects requiring a judgement.
 

Forster and butland would Clearly cost a fortune, maybe atm best to get a decent keeper and not blow nearly a third of out budget on one
 

Last summer if we'd signed begovic everyone would have been doing cartwheels. As it is the 'champions' Chelsea signed him and now a number of fans don't rate him. Genuine question is because they don't rate him or think we could get a better calibre of keeper. Forster (they won't do business with us) and butland (not going to spend 30m on a keeper) both look unrealistic shouts.
