Everton Transfer Thread 2016

You don't be silly. People are talking about taking one of Manchester United's best players. I'm talking about talking one of Borussia Dortmund's best players - the club who constantly sells their best talent. Why aren't other clubs bidding for Reus?

Hes 50m+ and he is unlikely to join a team without CL.

Its ok having these dreams, but think some realism is needed, first we need to build on 11th place, getting Europe, whether its Europa or CL is vital to us taking the next step, in terms of revenue and attracting players, then we can start dreaming of the Iscos and the Reus.

United dont have CL, so thats why we can attract players like Mata.

Just saying, flash the cash and it could make players think twice. Worked for our manager.

That said, I've just googled his wage and it appears he is already on around 150k GBP a week.

We may now find we get the opposite media behaviour than we are used to. Whereas we always used to have the sneaking suspicions that Everton threw out media stories just to make it look like they were being ambitious knowing full well they would never get close to a transfer. Now we may be in the position of agents catching wind of this project and hawking their players around in the media.
