He's 24 years of age, he's PL proven, and he's scored 22 PL goals in his last 2 seasons from playing on the wing.

For 42m you're expecting a top class centre forward who will guarantee you 25 goals a season, not a midfielder who will probably score between 8-12 goals.

Clubs need to look abroad, there is no value whatsoever in the Premier League. 55m Euro Stones, 75m Euro Lukaku. You'll get players just as good for half the prices from La Liga, Serie A or the Bundesliga.
