when you take that into consideration it is pretty much 28 mil for batshuayi who is 6 months younger than lukaky and given that we paid 28 mil for lukaku 2 years ago its about right

the wages they will have freed up from those 3 will cover bathuayi's wages and batshuayi wont have been on much at marseille anyway

Not really. Lukaku was proven already in a top league, Batshuayi isn't. Plenty of players have shown you can look decent in the french league but actually be average. Not saying Batshuayi is, he may be great, he may be crap at this level, but he should never cost the same as someone who is proven in the Premier League and has a sensational goal record for his age.
