So where are you on the spectrum of "Moshiri will turn water into wine" and "same old effin Everton"? I´m in the middle myself. Trying not hard to to be too optimistic so as not to get let down. Standard Evertonian behaviour so to speak.

I have ALWAYS said this is a THREE YEAR project. This summer and massive spending in my view was never going to happen.

It was always going to be a number of signings and Moshiri guaranteeing 1-2 major purchases every year.

Which is what you want.


So I'm fairly relaxed. You build by building strong foundations.

You don't build a house by throwing it together and hoping it stands up.

I'd be happy with three acquisitions this summer (medium to big). Two in Jan.

Then Two or three next summer.


Plus the youth.

So I'm not panicking at all like some on here.
