Berahino would be a very good 2nd choice striker, available for £20 million and the positive would be even if we missed out on him we would make either Stoke or Palace pay more in wages or if we did sign then we would scupper them signing a good striker.

Berahino, William's and Gueye in for a combined £37 million would be decent business in this transfer window where Mane alone cost £34 million.

Providing the whole £100 Mil budget is correct then it would leave us with around £60 million to bring in a GK, CM and LM with another £40 million+ coming in from the inevitable sale of Stones.

If all this were to happen it would be satisfying. Are we linked with Berahino or is just your own personal hopes?

Erm...

Sums it up nicely.

Lord above....someone actually mentioned Januzaj in the same breath as the genius that is/was Denis Bergkamp. Football is dead.

I'm on about his technique and style not saying he's comparable. He's obviously never gonna be him you clown.

Personal hopes, shocked we haven't enquired he's capable of netting 15 a season, English and still young at 22/23 £20 million in the current climate is very good business and would give us a credible Centre Forward for when Rom is injured/underperforming.

Mirallas is a hot and cold solid winger. Del could be a transcendent player. But let's not act like Del has already surpassed Kev's accompishments off the back of a decent preseason and a lot of potential.

Feel bad for Kev. Absolutely a victim of Martinez, and his relationship with the fans is seriously damaged from it.

I dont hate Kev. Far from it. Just dont think he is as good as some think. You talk of his accomplishments.. what are they? 2 decent seasons goal scoring wise? I just think Del will go on to be a truly great player.
