Everton Transfer Thread 2016

Well then why don't you wait for the time to sign players to be over instead of making snap judgements while there is still time to get it done?

It will be definitive then whether or not we have done what people and the papers have said we would. Just because it hasn't happened by today does not in any way indicate it won't happen at all.

It's like giving up on your horse to win the race because he wasn't the first one out the gate.

No, Its like giving up on your horse when its on the floor and has a white tent over it

I'm looking for solid evidence, You know like going out and spending money on players, Not spoon fed stories to the tabloids

We 100% went in for Draxler for 68m didn't we? The papers said so

Jesus wept

...so, you're taking big umbrage with papers spinning yarns - which they're bound to do given we're a club with a pot - but do you not take solace from the fact that the silence is deafening? I do mate...I think it's rather pro-active TBH and I'm 100% pozzy there's lots of good stuff goin' on behind the scenes and - frankly - I'm glad it's the papers linking us with people (and selling people for us too) rather than the club rushing in a la NIASSE and making another monumental tit-up...

To again repeat:

...at the helm is a billionaire owner, used to getting what he wants, probably making huge strides in getting what he wants again.

Though it doesn't seem to suit some as it hasn't happened twenty minutes ago.

Blimey.

If you're seeing only the neg in our current standing & future potential then you need to have a tug, a biscuit and a big think...;)

It'll turn soon enough, some people want to see it in front of them and while that does my head in, it's something to accept.

The bullying of Southampton when it came to getting Koeman should have said all it needed to but unfortunately, it didn't.

They are one of the worst clubs in England for selling players without a fight, Why would there manager be any different

Alright then, answer me this. Why would Koeman leave a nice job at Southampton, with one left on his deal for Everton, full well in the knowledge that if he didn't sign a new deal, he'd have everyone clawing for him next season - especially Arsenal?

I heard it's because he really really likes toffees and that was it.

You can see into the future as well? No point arguing with you then
