just squad fillers mainly. The one we need to be concerned with atm is spurs and they've bought two players who will be on the bench vs us baring injuries.

....blimey, the doom and gloom on here, panic mongers all over the show.
I'm gonna take just the positives from today.
1. Thought GUEYE did reasonably well for debut, bit of promise there.
2. Eldest son wanted a sausage roll, got one and it was almost the perfect temp for him to eat more or less straight away. YES...!!!!! Which is a big improv on last year IMO.
3. Hmmm....
There's no Num 4.
I said I'd remain calm, I will.
Not sure how long that'll last though TBH...we need the 'lift' a decent transfer'll give, ideally before next week...
I'm still hopeful. I think....

What's that got to do with anything, they all are looking for players and can't spend the money they have.
I have full confidence we are actively trying to out bid teams to get players in, there will be movement in the market soon, for a few teams.

Exactly, it's tough out there, I reckon a lot of prices are inflated and it's a waiting game until the selling clubs get more realistic with their valuations, there will be a flurry of signings in the Prem soon.

it's the first transfer window since these massive TV deals have come in and then teams are having to balance that with FFP. You see morons like Liverpool doing no addressing of the situations and just chucking £30m all over the shop for decent players. They're like that one guy in the marathon who thinks it's the 100m and sprints off before addressing any of the conditions etc.
To be fair they do "make" vastly more money than us.
