People shouldn't take everything anyone says as gospel mate, I think.

Esk has been sound in that he's passed on info but always stressed things were also his opinion. It's not his fault people have neglected that.

I trust his info is right at the time he receives it. I don't blame anybody or the club for the lack of deals. I'm just willing to wait and see what happens by Sept 1st.

I'm still quietly confident we will end the window with a few big name signings. I've convinced my self that the lack of transfers is down to Walsh, Koeman and Moshiri ensuring they get the best players possible rather than panic buy and that might mean waiting till the end of the window. I simply can't believe Koeman and Walsh would come here if they weren't offered to means and resources to do their job properly.
