Can we get this thread back on topic and discuss Clare Balding please? Hazel Irvine is also in the running for my affections during the Olympics but I just can't get past her being Scottish. Last night in the cycling there was a brief moment of confusion and Balding momentarily looked a bit panicked, that moment of vulnerability has only served to increase my feelings for her.

I think I might have to setup a new Twitter account for the purposes of telling her how much I appreciate her on a daily basis.

Amazed she still has a job after ripping into the Grand National winning jockey for having bad teeth, moments after he'd won.

So, another exciting day beckons, serenading us with its lamentable dirge - pffff - the MATA conundrum continues to rumble like an empty belly, given legs as SKY seem intent on poking it with a big rumour stick at all opportunities (meaning, of course, that they've no real idea what's going on so are playing it, more or less, safe...)

I knew as soon as we went for Bolasie we'd be in for Sissoko.

We're shopping in this market unfortunately.

I took a punt we'd be after him the other week soon as the worsen stuff dragged on and then Galloway was linked to them.

Weird player, one who the geordies blame for going missing last year unless the cameras where on during a game first the sky darlings.

IF you could get that level of consistancy out of him he'd be a good buy, but koemans taking a big gamble with his ability to do that with getting him and bolasie in when we already have a fair few he needs to find consistency already.
